     Last week came and went with a ton of news and thoughts, so let's get to it!

1.  Romney.  You REALLY went out on an unsupportive limb, didn't you?  I understand that you are in the anti-Trump crowd, but how CONSERVATIVE are you at the end of the day?  I remember you saying that we, Americans, should "swallow hard" and just accept this amnesty Obama is pushing for.  That was clue number one for me about how weak of a Republican/Conservative you are.  You want our party to keep conceding to the Democrats instead of fighting for what you believe and know our party values.  Republicans, and all Americans for that matter, should value people wanting to come into this nation LEGALLY, not reward people for bleeding our system dry.
    Romney is now the new poster child for the anti-Trump movement because the Establishment's golden child, Rubio, is now suffering the same fate as Bush and is dying a slow death.  Anyone who has been watching the campaign could have told you to leave Trump alone, people are coming to make their own decisions on him.  People don't need you or the Establishment going after him.  We're intelligent enough to make our own decisions, and most have.  Also, if Romney was truly a conservative, why was he gushing about Trump's endorsement while he ran his failed Presidential run?  I am going to argue that Trump was probably still holding more liberal values at that point, but his endorsement was good enough for you then as someone more on the left.  You're not a conservative, Romney.  You are showing the people what you are, and that is a tired and failed candidate who is deeply embedded with the Establishment.  You're a puppet.
     Congratulations!

2.  We're going to have to choose between two candidates at the end of the day for the Republican nomination.  We'll have Cruz or Trump.  Either way, I'm fine because the alternative the Democrats are offering is repulsive.

3.  The Democratic Debate was much ado about the same, just as the Republican Debates.  I want to see something NEW come out of these debates or we should just stop broadcasting them.  How about some better, tougher questions.  NO more "gotya" questions, or this person said this about you how does that make you feel?

4.  Rush Limbaugh is a smart guy.   Maybe if the Establishment had some brain cells left to spare, they would listen to him.  How the Establishment keeps moving away from their base to try and entice "minority" voters should at all levels be insulting.  Listen to Rush, GOPe.  Your candidate, no matter WHO it is at this point, will not be elected. 

5.  The Governor of Michigan said the Flint water crisis is "not about money."  To which I will counter that government bureaucracy is pretty much in line with who is giving certain elected officials money or perks, so yes sir, it IS about money.  Plus Michigan is bankrupt, right?    Their Governor is saying he is committed to helping the people of Flint, however, this didn't just happen overnight.  Reports have come out that people complained about this issue for a while and these reports were silenced.  This wasn't a surprise, it is a scandal at an enormous cost to humanity.

6.  Lastly, Nancy Regan passed away.  I hope to leave an impact that she did.  The politics aside, the stories I've heard about how much she was in love with her husband, and he with her, is the paramount of romance.  Rest in Peace and enjoy your time with your husband again.
